Nitish Kumar's big decision, government employees in Bihar will get salary on 26 this month

In view of Dussehra and other festivals, the state government will start paying salaries to more than four lakh state workers from September 26 itself. The Finance Department has taken this decision on the instructions of Chief Minister Nitish Kumar. Till now the salary was paid on the last working day of the month.

Finance Minister Vijay Kumar Choudhary said that by getting salary ahead of time, state workers will be able to celebrate festivals with devotion and gaiety. This was not happening with Corona in two years. In such a situation, the people of the state could not celebrate the festival properly. This year, the government has decided to release the salary ahead of time so that people do not face any financial problem in celebrating the festival.

Regarding this, the government has written a letter to the secretary of the finance department, Lokesh Kumar, the divisional commissioner, DM, treasury officer, secretaries of all departments, assembly, legislative council and principal secretary to the governor. It has been said in the letter that there is Durga Puja in the coming days. The government has decided that the salary payment for the month of September to all the office bearers and employees should be started from 26 September.
