Ankita Bhandari's body was recovered from Chilla Canal in Rishikesh on Saturday morning. Ankita, a 19-year-old receptionist who was allegedly murdered by BJP leader Vinod Arya's son Pulkit Arya, has been arrested along with two other accused. At the same time, Uttarakhand Chief Minister Pushkar Singh Dhami said on this murder, SIT has been formed to investigate the matter. Strict action will be taken against all the accused involved in the murder, no one will be spared.
SIT formed for investigation
Chief Minister Dhami tweeted and informed about the recovery of Ankita's body. He wrote in his tweet, 'The body of daughter Ankita was recovered this morning. My heart is deeply pained by this heart breaking incident. He said, in order to get the harshest punishment to the culprits, a SIT under the leadership of Deputy Inspector General of Police P Renuka Devi ji has been formed and orders have also been ordered for an in-depth investigation of this serious matter.

Abhinav Kumar, Special Principal Secretary to CM also told that Vantara Resort in Rishikesh owned by Pulkit Arya is being demolished on the instructions of the Chief Minister.
Three accused involved in murder arrested
