Sharad Pawar said that the farmers protested on the borders of Delhi for a year.

Mission 2024: On the occasion of 109th birth anniversary of former Deputy Prime Minister Late Choudhary Devi Lal, Indian National Lok Dal organized a Samman Diwas rally in Fatehabad on Sunday. Many opposition leaders attended the rally on this occasion. Leaders of the opposition who were present on the stage included Bihar CM Nitish Kumar, Deputy CM Tejashwi Yadav, former Maharashtra CM and NCP President Sharad Pawar, CPI(M) leader Sitaram Yechury and many more leaders.

Sharad Pawar targeted the Center: NCP chief Sharad Pawar, who reached the honor day rally, launched a scathing attack on the central government. He targeted the government regarding the farmers' movement. Pawar said that the farmers protested on the borders of Delhi for a year but the government did nothing to solve their problems. Farmers were promised that MSP would be provided but they were not given MSP. The government promised to withdraw the cases registered against the farmers but did not fulfill it.

Changes will happen in 2024 Lok Sabha- Pawar: Nationalist Congress Party chief Sharad Pawar also said that now the time has come for everyone to work towards changing the government at the Center in 2024. He said that farmers committing suicide is not a solution and the real solution would be to bring a change in the government. Pawar said committing suicide of farmers and youth is not a solution, while bringing about change is the real solution and everyone should try towards changing the government at the Center in 2024.

Nitish Kumar furious at the center: At the same time, in the rally, Bihar Chief Minister Nitish Kumar also took out a lot of anger against the former ally BJP. He appealed to all opposition parties, including the Congress and the Left, to unite to take on the BJP. Nitish Kumar said that this front of opposition parties will ensure that the BJP is badly defeated in the 2024 general elections. Meanwhile, Nitish Kumar made it clear that he is not the prime ministerial candidate.
