The speed of 5G will be 10 times faster than 4G. In this, even the biggest video will be downloaded in a few seconds. Its speed can be estimated from the fact that while it takes 6 minutes to download a movie on 4G network, it will be done in 20 seconds on 5G network.

5G service will be started in 13 cities in the first phase

Ashwini Vaishnav said that 5G services will be started in a phased manner. In its first phase, 5G internet service will be started in 13 cities. The cities whose names are coming up for this include Ahmedabad, Bangalore, Chandigarh, Chennai, Delhi, Gandhinagar, Gurugram, Hyderabad, Jamnagar, Kolkata, Lucknow, Mumbai and Pune.
