PM Modi said in his address that in the early decades of this century, when there was talk of 3-P i.e. Public Private Partnership in the world, then I used to say that Surat is an example of 4-P. 4-P means People, Public, Private Partnership. This model makes Surat special. Today, all the people of Surat have shown this by doing so. I am happy that today Surat is one of the fastest growing city in the world.
