Sisodia has been named as the prime accused in the FIR lodged by the CBI on the recommendation of LG VK Saxena to probe alleged irregularities in the formulation and implementation of the Excise Policy 2021-22. The CBI has already conducted searches at the residence, office and bank locker in connection with the case.
