Atiq Ahmed's charge in Raju Pal murder case proved in CBI court, court gave next date on November 3
The charges against Bahubali former MP Ateeq Ahmed in the BSP MLA Raju Pal murder case have been proved. The Lucknow court has given November 3 as the next date for hearing of this matter. Ateeq was lodged in Sabarmati Jail on the orders of the Supreme Court. He was produced in the Anti Corruption Court on Thursday.
There was no wrinkle on the face of Atiq Ahmed, who reached Lucknow on Thursday. While getting down from the police van, he laughed and saluted everyone. In a conversation with the media, he made a positive comment on CM Yogi Adityanath. Due to which everyone was shocked. Atiq Ahmed said that CM Yogi Adityanath ji is very brave and honest. He is doing good work.
Ateeq Ahmed has been made the main accused in the Prayagraj BSP MLA Raju Pal murder case. Charges have been framed against him in the court under sections of murder and criminal conspiracy. Atiq will again appear in court on November 3. Atiq Ahmed was presented in the Lucknow court with heavy security arrangements.
Former MP Atiq Ahmed has been lodged in Sabarmati Jail for two years on the orders of the Supreme Court. This is his first appearance in the court after the corona epidemic is over. Along with Atiq Ahmed, his brother Ashraf also reached the court. During this time Ateeq's supporters also remained in the court premises continuously.
Raju Pal was murdered on 25 January 2005
Raju Pal was murdered on 25 January 2005. BSP MLA from Allahabad West, Raju Pal was returning from Swaroop Rani Nehru Hospital with his convoy of two vehicles at three o'clock in the afternoon. Raju Pal was in Qualis. While the other Scorpio had his supporters.
Raju Pal himself was running Qualis. Sandeep Yadav and Devi Lal were also sitting with him in the back of the car. Both the vehicles had reached Sulamsarai GT Road in front of Amit Deep Motors when a car came in front of Raju Pal's car. Before he could understand anything, breaking the wind screen, a bullet entered his chest. After this other people came out and started firing.
Three people were firing at Raju Pal's car and two people on the Scorpio following him. Suddenly, seeing the rain of bullets in broad daylight, there was a stampede. The attackers fled from there after firing. After getting information about the shooting incident, the police reached there and took Raju Pal to the hospital. where he was declared brought dead.
Raju Pal was married 10 days before the murder
He was married to Pooja Pal 10 days before the day Raju Pal was shot dead. Even now the mehndi of Pooja's hands was not left that Pooja Pal had become a widow. The city of Allahabad was the seat of the west behind the murder of Raju Pal. MLA Atiq Ahmed became an MP from this seat. Ateeq's brother contested in the by-election but BSP candidate Raju Pal defeated him. Since then the feud between Ateeq and Raju Pal started.
