According to the police, Awadhesh Mandal has lodged an FIR regarding the deadly attack on him. Two named and two unknown people have been made accused in this. It is written in the FIR that the four attacked with pistols while threatening to kill them. Fearing the people of the village and the private guard, the criminals fled.

But somehow the criminals managed to escape from there. A case was registered in the matter on the complaint of Awadhesh Mandal.
