Delhi: Concern increasing the level of pollution, ban on entry of trucks and cars in Delhi! Know New Rules

The air quality index in Noida (area adjoining Delhi) of Uttar Pradesh is in the very poor category at 349.
Delhi Pollution: The level of pollution in Delhi remains a matter of concern for both the public and the administration. While the Delhi government is making every effort to reduce the level of pollution, in Punjab and Haryana, due to the incident of stubble burning and stagnant air, the level of pollution is increasing instead of decreasing. However, according to the latest information, a slight improvement in the air quality of Delhi has been measured. The overall AQI of the capital Delhi is currently recorded at 339 in the 'very poor' category.
Slight improvement recorded from Delhi's AQI
The air quality index in Noida (area adjoining Delhi) of Uttar Pradesh is in the (very poor) category at 349. At the same time, Gurugram in Haryana is in the 'very poor' category at 304. Also, the overall AQI of Delhi is currently recorded at 339 in the 'very poor' category. Now in such a situation, Delhi's air is slowly becoming poison, it would not be wrong to say that. But the improvement from Delhi's AQI is definitely a good sign.
Shallow fog likely to slip into severe category and improve thereafter
Addressing the media, Mahesh Palawat, vice-president of meteorology and climate change, said that the air quality in the capital saw a slight improvement due to favorable wind speed and a decline in the contribution of stubble burning. However, due to shallow fog, it is likely to slip back into the severe category on Sunday morning and improve thereafter, he said.
