Nepal's Chief Election Commissioner Dinesh Kumar Thapliya said on Monday that the country is ready to hold important elections to the House of Representatives and provincial assemblies on November 20 in a peaceful, safe and reliable manner.

to vote Voting for the dual elections in the country will be held in a single phase. More than 17.9 million (about one crore eighty lakh) people are eligible to vote in all the provinces.
165 seats will be elected by direct vote Out
of the total 275 members of the Federal Parliament, 165 will be elected by direct ballot, while the remaining 110 will be elected by proportional method. Similarly, out of the total 550 members of the provincial assembly, 330 will be directly elected and 220 will be elected proportionally.
