There will be no CBI investigation in Shraddha murder case, Aftab said in court - it was just hit of moment

Today Delhi Court has extended the remand of accused Aftab in Shraddha murder case for four days. Along with this, the court has also given permission for Aftab's polygraph test. body parts thrown in the pond
Aftab was produced in the Saket court on Tuesday morning. Poonawala's lawyer told that on his tip the police started searching the pond where he had thrown the body parts. The lawyer has informed that he has given a sketch of the pond where he has thrown the pieces of Shraddha's partner.

Aftab said in the court that Delhi is a new place for him, so he would not be able to recognize the place. He is fully cooperating with the police so that the investigation can be done properly. He said that whatever happened was just a hit of the moment, there was nothing intentional in it.
