Two men have been arrested in Chennai, Tamil Nadu for keeping and abusing orphan children from Bihar. On the other hand, the National Human Rights Commission has issued notices to the Chief Secretaries of Tamil Nadu and Bihar Governments and the Police Commissioner of Chennai, Tamil Nadu, seeking a detailed report in the matter within 4 weeks. The persons are also accused of keeping some children in a madrassa at Ponniammanmedu.
