BJP reached Election Commission before voting in Mainpuri, accused SP of violating code of conduct

After the Samajwadi Party, now the Bharatiya Janata Party has written a letter to the Election Commission complaining about the SP.

Mainpuri By Election: Voting for Mainpuri Lok Sabha by-election is to be held tomorrow i.e. on 5th December. Meanwhile, after the Samajwadi Party, now the Bharatiya Janata Party has written a letter to the Election Commission complaining about the SP. In the letter, BJP has demanded to arrest the chaotic elements to stop booth capturing at sensitive booths. Along with this, the SP has been accused of violating the code of conduct.

Accused of distributing sarees and sweaters to voters

UP BJP General Secretary JPS Rathore has handed over the list of miscreants to the Chief Electoral Officer. Along with all the complaints, the BJP has also alleged that in violation of the model code of conduct, sarees were distributed to voters and sweaters to children. Also accused of threatening and intimidating voters to vote in favor of SP.

Samajwadi Party has also complained

Earlier, a delegation of Samajwadi Party reached to meet the Election Commission. Where he demanded the removal of SSP Etawah Jai Prakash Singh and DM Avinash Kumar Rai. Along with this, in the memorandum, it was said to accuse the district panchayat members, blockheads, village heads, village panchayat members and BDC members of creating undue administrative pressure to vote in favor of the BJP.

Azam made serious allegations against BJP

Here, after the cancellation of the legislature of senior Samajwadi Party leader Azam Khan, the by-election is being held on the Rampur seat. Voting is to be held here on 5th December and counting of votes on 8th December. Meanwhile, Azam Khan has made serious allegations against the ruling party by holding a press conference. Also appealed to the Election Commission to declare the candidate of the Bharatiya Janata Party as the winner.

Making serious allegations against the police administration, he said that the police is stopping people from leaving their homes. Flag marches are taking place in the streets. He said that, openly saying that do not come out of the houses. If you vote for the Samajwadi Party, then this house will be vacated. What is the need of election in this situation. We have video recording of this also. The whole matter will be placed before the SP President.
