The young man demanded that YouTube should give him a compensation of 75 lakhs in lieu of this.

Complaint Against YouTube: Describing YouTube as responsible for failing in Madhya Pradesh Police's examination, a young man Anand Kishore Chaudhary sought damages of Rs 75 lakh from YouTube, then the Supreme Court imposed a fine of Rs 25 thousand on the opposite youth.

During the hearing on the petition on Friday, the Supreme Court said that such a petition is filed only to spoil the court's time. It was his personal decision to watch YouTube or not. If he didn't want to distract himself from the exam, he shouldn't have watched YouTube.

The youth had alleged in the petition that obscene advertisements appear on YouTube, due to which his attention got distracted after seeing them and due to this he could not concentrate in studies and failed in the examination. The young man demanded that YouTube should give him a compensation of 75 lakhs in lieu of this.

Not only this, in the petition filed in the Supreme Court, the youth had also demanded a ban on such advertisements on YouTube. Expressing displeasure, the bench headed by Justice SK Kaul said that this is one of the worst petitions. However, the court said that this is an interesting petition, but absurd.
