US: Chinese student arrested in America, threatened person who wrote post against CCP

The US Department of Justice said on Wednesday that the arrested Chinese student is a student of Berklee College of Music.
A Chinese student has been arrested in America. It is accused of threatening a person who wrote a post against the ruling Chinese Communist Party (CCP) in China and supports democracy in China. This can increase the tension between the two countries.
The US Department of Justice said on Wednesday that the arrested Chinese student is a student of Berklee College of Music. He is accused of threatening, insulting, harassing and stalking a person who wrote a post on social media in support of democracy in China. The student has been identified as Xiaoli Wu, 25. He will be produced in federal court in Boston.
The US Department of Justice said that the accused Chhatra lives in Boston for his studies at Berklee College. The department said that America has always been in favor of freedom of expression and political views. Wu's bullying and harassing behavior is not conducive to freedom of expression. Attorney General Rachel S. Rollins said the accused tried to silence and intimidate the activist who dissented against China.
Rollins said that we will not tolerate those who threaten anyone who peacefully expresses their views and opinions. Freedom of speech in US is a constitutional right and we will protect it at all costs.
