BPSC Exam Postponed: Patna High Court drafts Recruitment Rules
The written objective competitive examination for the recruitment of headmasters in primary schools of Bihar was scheduled on December 22, 2022. Recently the admit cards for the exam were also issued. Around two lakh candidates were going to appear in the exam. The Patna High Court has ordered the recruitment examination rules to be drafted, terming as ineffective the new rules prescribing the appointment and other service conditions of the principals of primary schools in the state. Only after this, the Commission has postponed it for the time being, prohibiting the conduct of the examination.
Admit cards were issued on 14 December
Earlier, in the notification issued by the commission on December 14, information was given regarding the issue of admit card and exam pattern. Principal Teacher Recruitment Test will be based on objective type questions. The timing of the exam will be conducted from 12 noon to 2 pm. Examination centers will be set up in 13 district headquarters of Bihar for the examination. 150 questions will be asked in the exam. Out of these, 75 questions of 75 marks will be asked from the General Studies subject. While 75 questions of 75 marks will be related to D.El.Ed subject. The multiple choice test will be conducted on OMR sheet.
