Strict action will be taken against paper leakers, property will be confiscated, National Security Act will be imposed

RPSC Senior Teacher Recruitment Exam Paper Leaked. After which the GK paper was cancelled. The government is preparing to take strict action regarding the paper leak. National Security Act (NSA) will be imposed on paper leak gang. 

According to media reports, the Gehlot government has given instructions to take strict action against the copycat gang. After which DGP Umesh Mishra said that NSA will be imposed against every miscreant of paper leak gang. The property of the miscreants caught inside it will also be confiscated. Due to which there will be fear among the miscreants. 

Strict action will be taken against those who help

DGP Umesh Mishra said that this whole matter is being investigated thoroughly. Orders have been given to take strict action against all the accused involved in this copying. Along with NSA, PASA (Preventive of Anti Social Activity Act) will also be imposed on the accused. At the same time, strict action will be taken against those who give financial help and shelter to the miscreants.

GK exam will be held on January 29

Tell that the GK paper was leaked in Udaipur on Saturday in the senior teacher recruitment exam organized by RPSC. The police had caught the candidates in the blockade while solving the paper in the moving bus. After which RPSC canceled GK paper. The canceled paper will now be held on January 29. 

While the accused was on remand for five days, the police arrested 46 people including Suresh Bishnoi, the mastermind of the paper leak. Taking action, RPSC has blacklisted all the candidates from the examination forever. All the accused were produced in the court, from where they have been sent on five-day remand. 

What is PASA

DGP Umesh Mishra has said about imposing PASA Act on copycat gangs. Know what is the PASA Act? Under the PASA Act, action is taken against those persons, whose crime affects the society. According to this, a person can be detained for a period of up to one year without any public disclosure. 

What is NSA?

The National Security Act-1980 was made. These laws are related to giving more power to the government for the security of the country. This law orders the central and state government to arrest such miscreants, due to which a large group or society is affected. Police can arrest these miscreants without informing them. There is no need to give information publicly to the police for this.
