COVID-19: WHO worried about the serious condition of Covid in China, Tedros said this on travel restrictions

The WHO chief said that the organization will continue to help in the treatment and vaccination of corona infected.

Tedros Adhanom Ghebreyesus, Director General of the World Health Organization (WHO), has expressed concern over the serious condition of Corona in China. He said on Thursday that after relaxing the Corona rules in China, a worrying situation has arisen. He also expressed his opinion about travel restrictions on China by various countries.

WHO chief Ghebresius said that the organization will continue to help in the treatment and vaccination of corona infected. Aid will be provided to China's crumbling healthcare system. We will continue to encourage tracking the virus and vaccinating those at high risk. 

Tedros tweeted 'We are concerned about the situation in China and will continue to encourage China to track the COVID-19 virus and vaccinate those at highest risk. We will continue to help China's health system. Earlier on Wednesday, Tedros called on China to share data sought to better understand the origins of the COVID-19 pandemic.

Referring to the travel restrictions imposed on China by various countries, the WHO chief said that since China is not giving the statistics of the epidemic, these countries are taking such steps. If we do not give, other countries will take such steps to save their population from the epidemic.

Last week, the WHO chief expressed hope that next year the COVID-19 pandemic will no longer be considered a global health emergency. But, only after this, lakhs of new cases are coming out from China daily. China's big cities including Shanghai and Beijing are coming under the grip of rapidly growing infections.

The condition is worse than Covid in China 

The condition is worse than Covid in China. There is no space in the hospitals and there are queues for the last rites in the cemeteries. Roads are empty. People are not getting beds in hospitals. They have to keep the patient on the floor in the hospitals. In many areas, students have also been denied access to school. Teachers and school staff are getting infected.  Biggest wave after Wuhan

It is being described as the biggest wave since the outbreak of the epidemic in Wuhan three years ago. Chinese officials are looking helpless. On the other hand, China has announced to reduce the level of Covid from A to B in the new year. Due to this patients will not be quarantined. Along with this, it has also been announced to issue a large number of passports and visas during the Chinese New Year next month, so that Chinese tourists can travel to other countries. Due to this, there is a possibility of spreading the infection worldwide.
