The Yogi government has planned to make Ramnagari 'Divya Ayodhya-Bhavya Ayodhya' to give a new identity to the world's spiritual tourism map.

The construction of the grand Ram temple at Shri Ram Janmabhoomi in Ayodhya will be completed by the year 2024. At present, more than half of the temple construction work has been completed. Probably before the 2024 Lok Sabha elections, duly worshiping Ramlala will start in the temple. On the one hand, the Ram temple will become the center of faith around the world, while the Yogi government has planned to make Ramnagari 'Divya Ayodhya-Bhavya Ayodhya' to give a new identity to the world's spiritual tourism map.

For the first time in the year 2017, the Yogi government had given a clear indication that Ayodhya is the top priority of the government by organizing a grand Deepotsav in Ayodhya. Now there will be no compromise with the development of Ayodhya in the wake of vote bank politics. After the Shilapujan of Ram temple in Ayodhya, the government is engaged in the development of Ramnagari. Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath has made it clear that Ayodhya should be on top on the tourism map. On behalf of the government, development works worth about Rs 30 thousand crore are being done there considering 84 Kosi Parikrama Marg as the basis.

The deadline for the Maryada Purushottam Shriram International Airport being built on 821 acres in Ayodhya is March 2023. 60 per cent work of the runway has been completed. In the first phase, about 45 per cent work of the terminal has also been completed. Except 20 acres of land, the rest has been acquired. After the completion of the construction work of the first phase, the flight of ATR 72 and some other small aircraft will start from here. Rs 240 crore has been sanctioned for the beautification and expansion of the railway station.

Vedic Ayodhya will be developed in 1200 acres

Vedic Ayodhya is also to be constructed in about 1200 acres by the government. In this regard, the acquisition of about 700 acres of land in Majha, Barhata and Shahbazpur is under process. Its project has been sent under the Smart City Challenge Scheme of the Central Government with some modifications. If selected, a grant of Rs 15,000 crore will be available under the 15th Finance Commission. Not only this, the government is also working to make the 210 km long Ramvangaman route a center of religious and cultural tourism.  Ayodhya will be rejuvenated with the construction of the temple The government claims that by the time the construction of the Ram temple is completed, Ayodhya would have been rejuvenated. Along with this, Navya Ayodhya will also come and start taking eclipse. Ayodhya will be developed as a solar city. The number of tourists will increase three times by the year 2031.

The government believes that after the completion of the construction of the Ram temple in Ayodhya, the number of tourists will increase continuously. According to an estimate, by the year 2031, the number of tourists coming here will be around 70 million. This will be almost three times the current number.
