A 1,200-year-old black stone idol of Lord Vishnu was stolen from the Archaeological Survey of India's (ASI) premises in Patna. ASI, Patna informed about this to New Delhi office. Meanwhile, thieves stole the Ashtadhatu idol of Sita and Lakshmana from the Ram Janaki temple at Kheda in East Champaran. This incident happened on Sunday. The priest of the temple told that when he reached the temple on Monday for cleaning, two idols were missing there.
