Scoot airline officials say that they had sent an e-mail informing all passengers about the rescheduling of the flight.

A Scoot airline flight on Wednesday departed five hours ahead of its scheduled departure at Amritsar's Sri Guru Ramdas International Airport. Due to this, 35 passengers were left at the airport itself. 35 passengers who reached the airport to go to Singapore and Australia created a ruckus.

The Scoot airline flight takes off from Amritsar at 7:55 pm for Singapore. When 35 passengers reached the airport on Wednesday evening, it was found that the flight had left around 3 pm. After this, these passengers started a ruckus at the airport. All the passengers kept getting upset sitting at the airport till late night. Passengers say that they were not given any information. The airline also did not give any satisfactory reply.

Balwinder Singh, who came from Chandigarh, told that he had received a message from the airline. It was written that the plane would take off at its scheduled time of 7:55 pm. But after coming here we came to know that the plane has left. Now talking with the airline officials, no hearing is happening. It is being told to call the call center and get your flight rebooked. He says that he had a connected flight in Australia.

Scoot airline officials say that they had sent an e-mail informing all passengers about the rescheduling of the flight. In such a situation, many passengers had reached the airport on time. The names of the passengers who did not turn up were also announced repeatedly, but the passengers say that they did not receive any e-mail.
