Bollywood actor Nawazuddin Siddiqui has been in discussion about his personal life for some time now. In fact, the actor is in the news for a domestic dispute with his wife Alia. The dispute between the two has increased so much that the matter has reached the court. Sometime back a property dispute case between the actor's mother Mehrunisa and Aaliya had come to the fore. At the same time, now the court has sent summons to Nawazuddin's wife Alia.
Complaint was lodged regarding molestation
Actually, Nawazuddin Siddiqui's mother Mehrunisa had lodged a police complaint against Aaliya. After this, the police called Aaliya to the police station for questioning. After this case, Nawazuddin's wife Alia lodged several complaints against her husband and in-laws under the POCSO Act. At present, the police have registered a closure report in this matter. However, Aaliya has been summoned by the court. In fact, in the year 2020, Aaliya lodged a complaint against her brother-in-law at the Versova police station in Mumbai for misbehavior with her. She had said that she had gone to her in-laws house in the year 2012. At the same time, his brother-in-law did wrong, after which he lodged zero FIR in Versova police station. The matter was sent to Budhana Kotwali for discussion.
Court sent summons
After this complaint, Alia had to appear in court once too In which he recorded his statement. However, after the investigation of this entire case, the Poxo court had filed a closing report after not getting any kind of evidence. Aaliya was called to appear in the court under this case, but she did not turn up. After this, the matter was heard in the court on Wednesday, but Alia did not reach there. ADGC Kuldeep Pundir sent summons due to Alia's continuous non-appearance in the court. This summon has been issued to Alia to appear in the court on 22 February.
