Case on two including Bhojpuri singer Samar Singh in Akanksha Dubey's death case, mother made serious allegations

A new twist has come in the death case of Bhojpuri film actress Akanksha Dubey. In the case, the police of Sarnath police station have registered a case against Bhojpuri singer Samar Singh and his brother Sanjay Singh under sections including abetment to suicide. Police has taken this action on the complaint of Akanksha's mother who reached Varanasi from Mumbai.

Akanksha's mother Madhu said that my daughter was very courageous. She cannot commit suicide. She appealed to the police-administration for justice. Akanksha Dubey's mother and brother reached the police station on Monday morning. Father Chhote Lal Dubey is still in the train. Madhu told that she had talked to Akanksha on mobile at seven in the evening on Saturday. She was happy then. No problem mentioned. When I called at 12 in the night, he did not pick up the phone. Didn't even tell about going to any party.

It was alleged that Bhojpuri singer Samar Singh, a resident of Azamgarh, used to torture Akanksha a lot. Said that Samar Singh wanted Akanksha to work only with him and not with anyone else. Did not give money for working together. He used to beat up for working in someone else's film or song. Many times when Akanksha asked him for his money, he also assaulted him.

Akanksha had told him everything by crying. On March 21, Akanksha was shooting in Basti. Then there was a call on mobile from Bhojpuri singer Samar's brother Sanjay Singh's brother. He was threatening on the phone that he would get you killed. Akanksha's assistant Rekha also told that Madam was loud on the sets. The Bhojpuri singer against whom the allegation has been made is missing since Sunday. ACP Sarnath Gyanprakash Rai said that a case has been registered on the basis of Tahrir. The case is being investigated. The accused will be arrested.

Akanksha had a party with friends at a club in Manduadih on Saturday night. Akanksha's friend was coming to drop her at the hotel in Sarnath due to being over-drunk. On the way, another young man close to Akanksha was found. He had taken Akanksha to the hotel in his car. After staying in the room for some time, he left. Akanksha was found dead on Sunday morning.

Akanksha was originally a resident of Bardahan village in Chauri Bazar area of Bhadohi. Nanihal is in Vindhyachal of Mirzapur. According to the information, Chhote Lal Dubey, a resident of Bardahan, has been doing business with the family by living in Mumbai for a long time. Akanksha, the second of Chhote Lal Dubey's three children, entered the Bhojpuri music and film industry through modeling. She had come to Varanasi on March 23 for the shooting of Bhojpuri film Laayak Hoon Main Nalayak Nahi. She was staying at a hotel in Buddha City Colony of Sarnath area along with a team of 16 people, including the film's hero and director. Around 1:55 pm, a young man had gone to drop Akanksha in her room.

According to the information, on Sunday morning for the shooting in Natimali area, the film's director Vikas Srivastava called Akanksha's makeup man Rahul and asked him to prepare. When Rahul calls Akanksha, the phone is not received. After this he called the hotel staff. When the hotel staff called the landline number of Akanksha's room, it was not received.

On this, when Rahul and the hotel staff opened the door of Akanksha's room with the help of the master key, she was in a position to sit on the bed with a scarf around her neck. Immediately this information was given to the police. Police reached the spot, took the dead body into custody and sent it for postmortem to find out the reason behind the murder. Postmortem will happen today.
