PM Modi will enter the battle of Karnataka from April 27, will hold 16 meetings and road shows

According to BJP sources, the Karnataka state unit had demanded 32 rallies for Prime Minister Modi.

Prime Minister Narendra Modi is going to jump into the election battle of Karnataka from 27th April. He will address the booth workers of Karnataka in a virtual manner on 27th April. After this, the round of his public meetings and roadshows will start from April 28, which will continue till May 7. During this, he will try to change the electoral wind in favor of BJP by organizing about 16 public meetings-roadshows.

According to BJP sources, the Karnataka state unit had demanded 32 rallies for Prime Minister Modi. But keeping in view the other engagements of the Prime Minister, permission has been given for 16 public meetings-roadshows so far. These meetings will be held on April 28-29, May 3, May 4, May 6 and May 7. These meetings will be held across Karnataka, along with new candidates fielded by the party and areas with a majority population of Lingayats.

BJP in Karnataka is feared to suffer due to the displeasure of Lingayat leaders. Due to being in power, the anti-incumbency factor is also being told against the BJP. But BJP leaders believe that after the landing of Prime Minister Narendra Modi on the ground, the entire election wind will be in favor of BJP. The party is hopeful that it will be able to come back to power in Karnataka.
