A complaint has been filed against Bihar Deputy CM Tejashwi Yadav in a court in Ahmedabad, which will be heard on May 1. According to the news agency ANI, it has been said in this complaint that Tejashwi Yadav has called Gujaratis indecent words like thugs and sly and insulted Gujaratis. In the petition filed in the Metro Court, strict action has been demanded against them.

The complaint has been lodged under sections 499 and 500 of the IPC. It has been said in this that Tejashwi Yadav is on a responsible position and it is inappropriate for him to make such a statement. Strict action should be taken against them.

Tejashwi Yadav had said that Gujaratis are thugs and the investigating agencies should be more careful while dealing with them. At that time, Mehul Choksi was being talked about, but Tejashwi had given his statement regarding Gujaratis. There was no clarification from the party on his statement.

It has been said in the petition that Tejashwi has insulted all Gujaratis and the society and has done so deliberately. This has caused mental agony to the people of Gujarat. The petition against Tejashwi has been filed at a time when Congress leader Rahul Gandhi has been convicted and sentenced to two years in a criminal defamation case. He had commented on the surname Modi.
