Delhi Police said it has provided security to all the seven women complainant wrestlers following the Supreme Court's order.

The country's top wrestlers have accused wrestling association president Brij Bhushan Singh of sexual harassment. On his complaint, the Delhi Police has registered an FIR. The wrestler is adamant on the arrest of Brij Bhushan Singh. Meanwhile, the Delhi Police said it has provided security to all the seven women complainant wrestlers following the Supreme Court's order. The police also approached the women wrestlers regarding recording their statements. The statement is likely to be recorded soon. Police is in touch with the wrestlers.

Problems of BJP MP Brij Bhushan Singh will increase

BJP MP and Wrestling Federation of India President Brij Bhushan Sharan Singh seems to be trapped under the section of POCSO Act registered on the complaint of a minor wrestler at Connaught Place police station. His difficulties are going to increase. Delhi Police may soon send a notice to the BJP MP to join the investigation. Female wrestlers have made serious allegations of sexual exploitation on the MP. Regarding this, the Delhi Police has registered two cases in the Connaught Place police station under the POCSO Act and other sections. Sources say that the Delhi Police will soon record the statements of all women wrestlers who have made allegations including minors in these cases.

Case registered under these sections

Police have registered a case under sections 354, 354A, 354D and 34 of IPC on the statement of adult women wrestlers. The sections deal with physical molestation, making obscene gestures, stalking. On Friday, the wrestlers accused the Delhi Police of not giving them a copy of the FIR. On Saturday morning, the police handed over its copy to the wrestlers.
