However, during this time the PCR van present on the roadside, seeing the person hanging on the bonnet of the car, chased him and stopped the car. According to the police, a case has been registered against the accused driver.

According to news agency ANI, the car was coming from Ashram Chowk towards Nizamuddin Dargah at the time of the incident. The victim has been identified as Chetan. Chetan told that I am the driver, when I left a passenger and reached near the ashram, a car hit my car thrice, then I tried to stop them but they did not stop, then I hung on their bonnet, Still he did not stop.

Chetan alleges that he dragged me from Ashram Chowk to Nizamuddin. On the way I saw a PCR and they followed us then stopped the car. The man was completely intoxicated.

Accused Ramchand Kumar said that my car did not hit his car, I was driving when he deliberately climbed on the bonnet of my car. I told him to get down but he did not listen. I again stopped my car and asked him what are you doing?
