Supreme Court: Bahubali's problems may increase, Supreme Court will hear Anand Mohan case on May 8

The Supreme Court will hear on May 8 against the release of Anand Mohan. Please tell that Uma Devi, wife of G Krishnaiah, has filed a petition in the Supreme Court against the release of Anand Mohan. Bahubali leader Anand Mohan was sentenced to life imprisonment for instigating the mob to kill late IAS officer G Krishnaiah. However, in the past, Anand Mohan was released prematurely by changing the rules. Against which Uma Devi, wife of G. Krishnaiah, moved the Supreme Court.

Bihar government has changed the rules for release!

Bihar's Nitish Kumar government had changed the Bihar Jail Manual 2012 on April 10. Under which a provision was made for release from jail in the case of murder of a government employee while on duty, which was earlier banned. After this change, the way for Anand Mohan's release from jail was cleared. On April 27, Anand Mohan was released from Saharsa Jail. Opposition parties also protested against the release of Anand Mohan.

G Krishnaiah was murdered in 1994

1985 batch IAS officer G. Krishnaiah was a resident of Mahbubnagar, which is in present-day Telangana. On December 5, 1994, G Krishnaiah was killed by a mob in Muzaffarpur, Bihar. The crowd that Anand Mohan was leading the murder of Krishnaiah. Due to which there was a court hearing against Anand Mohan and in the year 2007, the trial court sentenced Anand Mohan to death. However, in 2008, the Patna High Court commuted the death sentence to life imprisonment. Now the Bihar government has changed the rules and released Anand Mohan from jail, on which there has been an uproar.
