Weather Update: Chances of rain and hailstorm from May 24 to 28, Meteorological Department issued yellow alert

Now there will be relief from the heat which is making you sweat. The Meteorological Department has given a big and important update regarding the weather. According to the department, there will be a change in the weather from Tuesday. There is a possibility of rain and hailstorm from 24 to 28 May.

According to Dr. Manjit Kumar, Agricultural and Meteorological Scientist of Krishi Vigyan Kendra Shikohpur, a Western Disturbance towards Pakistan is slowly moving towards the Himalayas. As it gets closer, the weather will keep on changing.

At this pace, it is being estimated that it will become fully active after hitting the Himalayas by Tuesday evening. Due to which there is a possibility of rain and hailstorm in entire Haryana. According to Dr. Manjeet, moderate to heavy rain is expected. Hail may also fall at some places. He said that for this reason a yellow alert has been issued for the entire state.

According to Dr. Manjeet, the maximum temperature on Monday was 43.8 degree Celsius. Sunday was the hottest day of the season so far with 44.2 degree mercury. After the rains, the current temperature is expected to drop by up to five degrees Celsius. He said that the maximum temperature can be up to 38 degrees. There will be a fall in the minimum mercury along with the maximum.
