The information given by the supercomputer will be absolutely accurate. According to media reports, this supercomputer will be installed at the National Center for Medium-Range Weather Forecasting located in Sector-62 of Noida. The capacity of the new supercomputer is 18 Petaflops while the capacity of the current computer is only 6.8 Petaflops. The new supercomputer will give accurate weather information, which will make it easier to alert people in critical situations and will also prove to be better from a security point of view.
What will be the specialty of the new supercomputer?
If sources are to be believed then Prime Minister Narendra Modi himself will tell the name of this new computer in front of everyone. This supercomputer can do many things at a time. It will have tasks like quantum mechanics, weather forecasting, research on climate, oil, and natural gas exploration, aerodynamics for aircraft and spacecraft, and explosion and fusion of nuclear weapons.
