Demonstration has started intensifying in Haryana for the demand of procuring sunflower on MSP.

The farmers' agitation, which started on Tuesday demanding procurement of sunflower in Haryana at MSP, may intensify further today. Where the farmers have started coming out on the streets as soon as morning, now the farmer leader Rakesh Tikait can handle the command of the movement in the area, it is expected that he will reach Shahbad at around 11:00 am.

Farmers jammed here

The farmers had blocked the National Highway 152D in protest against the lathicharge on the farmers against the arrest of Gurnam Singh Chadhuni late in the night, which was opened by the administration from around 12:00 in the night. In the morning again, farmers have started uniting to block the jam, not only this, there is a jam on Barara road near village Rawa in Shahabad, Saha road near Galaxy Institute, Nalvi road near village Nalvi and Ladwa road near Anaj Mandi. .

Farmers can jam railway track

There is a possibility that today the farmers also keep the railway tracks jammed. Farmers can take to the streets demanding the release of the farmers. It is discussed that a strategy will be made after meeting first so that the movement can be intensified to free the farmers from the administration. On the other hand, the police had registered a case late night against about 700 farmers with more than 15 nominees for blocking the National Highway.

Olympian wrestler Bajrang Punia has also come in support of the lathicharge and arrest of the members of the Bharatiya Kisan Union who were openly supporting the wrestlers' movement. Bajrang Punia tweeted and demanded the immediate release of the arrested farmers. Apart from lathi-charging the farmers who blocked the road in Kurukshetra demanding government procurement of sunflower, farmer leaders have also been arrested. Due to which there is anger among the farmer union members across the state.


Farmers agitated in Ambala's Saha, protested by laying carpets on the road

Demonstration of farmers continued on Wednesday also due to non-government procurement of sunflower crop. During this morning, dozens of farmers under the banner of Bhartiya Kisan Union Chadhuni Group sat blocking the way in the middle of the road on Ambala Saha Marg. They blocked the way for a long time and raised slogans against the government. As soon as the incident came to light, the regional police reached the spot and first an attempt was made to pacify the farmers. But when the farmers did not agree, the police started trying to pick them up by catching them. During this, the farmers also remained adamant on their demands and lay down on the road at the protest site itself.
