The Secretary of the Resident Welfare Association (RWA) of the Himsagar Society has clarified the notice and said that retired and serving people of Border Road Organization (BRO) live in the society. He further said that all people are expected to take special care of their behavior and dress while walking. Everyone is requested not to roam outside wearing a lungi and nightie, which is home wear.
