Pune Police has arrested two suspects wanted by the National Investigation Agency (NIA) for their alleged involvement in terrorism-related activities.

Pune Police has arrested two suspects wanted by the National Investigation Agency (NIA) for their alleged involvement in terrorism-related activities. Officials gave this information on Wednesday. He told that there was a reward of five lakh rupees on both of them. The two were jointly interrogated by Pune police and Anti-Terrorism Squad (ATS) officials after they were nabbed on Tuesday.

According to the police, three suspects were caught by a police patrolling team while stealing a motorcycle in Kothrud area of Maharashtra's Pune city in the early hours of Tuesday. While he was being checked, only one suspect managed to escape. He told that the two arrested people have been identified as Imran Khan and Mohammad Yunus Saki.

Police Commissioner Ritesh Kumar said that during investigation it was found that these two are wanted by NIA. During the search, one live cartridge, four mobile phones and a laptop were seized from his house, he said. Police sources said they are being probed for terror activities.
