Former CM Digvijay Singh said in the program of Law and Human Rights Cell of Congress that now I am getting information that there is a plan to create riots similar to the way these people had created riots in Nuh in Haryana. Because BJP understands that today corruption against us, Mr. 50% public is angry. Now you see, an elevated bridge is going to be built in Bairagarh, whose contractor has not been decided yet. Before this the contractor started soil testing. That means his commission is fixed. So that commission is fixed by giving advance to him before the code of conduct.
