The authority has come up with a new scheme to provide education, food and other facilities to the children of laborers working at construction sites and those living in slum areas, begging at traffic signals. Authority's CEO Lokesh M discussed this plan in detail in a meeting with NGOs working in the field. Apart from Noida Authority's ACEO Prabhash Kumar, DGM SP Singh, Project Engineer Public Health Vijay Rawal, more than 9 NGOs participated in this.

CEO Lokesh M. asked the representatives of the NGO to survey the number and details of children begging in various intersections and markets, so that area-wise arrangements can be made for their education and other facilities by selecting a place. At the same time, it has been asked to collect the data of the children of the workers working on the construction sites. Those children will be provided the facility of education through the Basic Education Officer.

It was said in the meeting that the work of begging in the markets and squares is conducted by the mafias. For this, strict action should be taken against those who ask for alms with the help of the police, so that the trend of begging can be stopped.
