US: 'The President did nothing wrong', White House clarifies on impeachment inquiry against Biden

Press Secretary Karine Jean-Pierre opposed the investigation by Biden's political enemies.
SponsoredAfter former US President Donald Trump, now Joe Biden also seems to be in trouble. Speaker of the US Parliament Kevin McCarthy has approved starting an impeachment inquiry against him. However, after the investigation began, the White House on Wednesday rejected the allegations against Biden.
No evidence found
Press Secretary Karine Jean-Pierre opposed the investigation by Biden's political enemies. He said that this is just a conspiracy to implicate the President. Enemies spent an entire year monitoring the President, but they found no evidence.
Pierre further said that evidence was not found against Biden because he had done nothing wrong.
Investigation started regarding business deal
It is noteworthy that on Tuesday, Speaker of the US Parliament Kevin McCarthy had approved the initiation of an impeachment inquiry against President Biden. According to foreign media reports, McCarthy has given instructions to start an investigation into the business dealings of the Biden family. Republicans accuse Biden of benefiting his son Hunter Biden in foreign business while he was the US President from 2009 to 2017.
Jean-Pierre said Republicans did not even have enough support in the House for a vote to approve an impeachment inquiry. He said even House Republicans have said the evidence doesn't exist. Pierre said it was just a political stunt. However, President Joe Biden has not said anything on the impeachment inquiry.
Know what McCarthy said
In America's Capitol Hill, McCarthy said on Tuesday that I am directing the House committees today to initiate a formal impeachment investigation against President Biden. McCarthy said House Oversight and Accountability Committee Chairman James Comer would oversee the investigation. Additionally, House Judiciary Committee Chairman Jim Jordan and House Ways and Means Committee Chairman Jason Smith will assist James Comer. However, the White House opposed an impeachment inquiry.
This is the allegation against Biden
According to media reports, Biden is accused of benefiting his son Hunter Biden in foreign business while he was the President of America from 2009 to 2017. Republicans had also investigated this matter for a long time this year, in which evidence could not be found against Biden. However, on Tuesday McCarthy had said that we will bring evidence. McCarthy said Republicans have presented other evidence, including phone calls and money transfers, that make a case of corruption against the Biden family.
