The court has granted bail to Monu Manesar in the Nuh violence case.
The court on Monday granted bail to Monu Manesar in the Nuh violence case. Monu Manesar's lawyer LN Parashar had filed a bail petition in Nuh court about a week ago.
Hearing which, the court of Chief Judicial Magistrate Amit Verma announced the bail decision at 3:30 pm. According to the information, Monu Manesar had posted an inflammatory post on social media on 26th August.
In this context, Nuh Cyber Crime Police Station had registered a case on August 26. At the same time, on September 12, the police had arrested Monu Manesar from Sector-1 Manesar.
