Before the assembly elections, the round of allegations and counter-allegations is going on by political leaders.

Before the assembly elections, the round of allegations and counter-allegations is going on by political leaders. In this series, on Wednesday, Bharat Rashtra Samiti (BRS) chief and Chief Minister K. Chandrashekhar Rao (KCR) has targeted the state president of Telangana Congress. KCR alleged that Revanth Reddy was caught red-handed while trying to buy BRS (then TRS) MLAs and has no moral values.

Revanth Reddy is the Congress candidate from Kodangal seat. At the same time, in the assembly elections, BRS has fielded Patnam Narendra Reddy against him on this seat. KCR, while addressing various election rallies, said that if Congress comes to power, it will throw Dharani (Telangana's official land records management portal) into the Bay of Bengal, thereby resuming the rule of corrupt officials and middlemen.

He alleged that Revanth Reddy was caught red-handed with Rs fifty lakh to buy BRS (then TRS) MLAs to destabilize the state. The police arrested him and put him in jail. Even after spending time in jail, he is not ashamed. Rao predicted that Congress would not get even 20 seats in the elections and Revanth Reddy would not become the Chief Minister.

Mohammad Azharuddin is a failed leader, BRS will not return to power: Owaisi

At the same time, All India Majlis-e-Ittehadul Muslimeen (AIMIM) leader Asaduddin Owaisi termed Congress candidate from Jubilee Hills Assembly seat Mohammad Azharuddin as a failed politician and expressed hope that voters will support his party's candidate there. Speaking to the media, Lok Sabha MP Owaisi also ruled out the possibility of a hung assembly in Telangana after the elections to be held on November 30. He said that BRS will not return to power in the state.

Owaisi told reporters, 'The Congress candidate (Azharuddin) is a failed politician. Moradabad is one of the prestigious seats of Uttar Pradesh. He got votes there, but did nothing for the constituency. He didn't even look back. He further said that Azharuddin contested elections in Rajasthan but was unsuccessful and did not even bother to take care of his constituency there. Owaisi said, he is not a serious politician...he is a good cricketer. In the beginning he had scored three consecutive centuries.

Yediyurappa targets Congress's 'Karnataka Model'

At the same time, senior BJP leader BS Yediyurappa accused Congress of not implementing its five pre-poll guarantees after coming to power and of deceiving the people. The former Chief Minister of Karnataka appealed to the people of Telangana not to fall prey to the false and empty promises of the Congress Party.
Speaking to reporters, he said, Congress's 'Karnataka model' is the electoral model in other states. The Congress had promised five guarantees to voters in Karnataka and won the elections in March this year. Now it is selling the 'Karnataka Model' in Telangana and other election states. He said, in reality the party has thrown dust in the eyes of the people of Karnataka after winning the elections. The Congress government has failed to implement the guarantee schemes.
