Omega Seiki Mobility Launches World’s Fastest Charging Electric Three-Wheeler in India
Omega Seiki Mobility introduces the ‘OSM Stream City Qik’ EV, claimed to be the fastest charging electric three-wheeler globally, fully charging in just 15 minutes.

The electric vehicle (EV) market in India is witnessing a surge in demand, particularly for EVs equipped with fast charging capabilities. In line with this trend, a groundbreaking passenger electric three-wheeler was unveiled on Friday, April 12. Boasting a remarkable feature, this vehicle can be fully charged in just 15 minutes, making it the fastest charging EV in the world. Omega Seiki Mobility, in collaboration with Exponent Energy, has introduced this innovative electric three-wheeler.
Priced at Rs 3,24,999, the 'OSM Stream City Qik' EV is designed to charge from zero to 100 per cent within a mere 15 minutes on Exponent's rapid charging network across six major cities, as announced by the company.
Uday Narang, the Founder Chairman of Omega Seiki Mobility, emphasized, “By minimizing downtime on the road and maximizing efficiency, QUIK ensures that every journey translates into solid financial benefits for our drivers.”
Furthermore, the company has extended a warranty of 2 lakh kilometers or 5 years, whichever comes earlier, for this vehicle. Exponent Energy, on the other hand, has revealed its plan to launch 100 charging stations in Delhi-NCR and Bengaluru this year. Additionally, the network expansion will encompass Chennai, Ahmedabad, Kolkata, and Hyderabad.
Arun Vinayak, Co-Founder and CEO of Exponent Energy, highlighted the benefits of their EV charging infrastructure, stating, “This dual benefit of maximum revenue and low costs unlocks the highest potential benefits users can get from their Exponent-powered EV compared to any other EV or ICE vehicle.”
The 'OSM Stream City Qik' EV is equipped with an 8.8 kWh battery pack, offering a city drive range of 126 km on a single charge. Notably, the sales of passenger three-wheelers in India surpassed 53,537 units in January, reflecting the growing preference for eco-friendly transportation solutions.
