Central to RJD's manifesto is the pledge to generate 1 crore jobs nationwide. This ambitious goal entails creating 70 lakh positions, aiming to combat unemployment starting from 15th August, with the commencement of government job initiatives. Additionally, the manifesto vows to provide Rs 1 lakh assistance annually to women from Raksha Bandhan and reduce the price of gas cylinders to Rs 500.

Furthermore, RJD promises to implement the old pension scheme, grant special state status to Bihar, and allocate a special package of Rs 1.6 trillion to the state. Other commitments include providing 200 units of free electricity to Bihar residents, ensuring MSP for 10 crops, and implementing the MS Swaminathan report.

The manifesto also pledges to abolish the Agniveer scheme and grant martyr status to paramilitary forces. RJD aims to inaugurate airports in Purnia, Gopalganj, Muzaffarpur, Bhagalpur, and Raxaul in Bihar, alongside restoring railway recruitment to pre-2014 standards and executing the remaining recommendations of the Mandal Commission.

This comprehensive manifesto articulates RJD's vision for addressing key issues and driving transformative change in Bihar and beyond.
