Bihar Police have apprehended five absconding suspects in connection with the BPSC (Bihar Public Service Commission) paper leak case from the Nilganga police station area of Ujjain. Among the arrested individuals are four young men and one woman, all residents of Bihar, who had been evading authorities following their alleged involvement in the paper leak incident. The arrests were made after the Bihar Police, in collaboration with Ujjain Police, successfully tracked down the suspects' location in Ujjain.

According to the Nilganga police station in Ujjain, the arrests were made on March 16, with the assistance of local law enforcement. The suspects were presented before the Economic Offenses Station in Bihar's Patna and subsequently appeared in court. Following the issuance of transit warrants, they were transferred to Bihar to face legal proceedings. In addition to their involvement in the paper leak, the accused individuals are also implicated in fraudulent activities related to obtaining postgraduate medical qualifications through illegitimate means.

The arrested individuals are identified as follows:

  1. Pradeep Kumar, aged 28, son of Suryamani Prasad, resident of village Shahpur Balwa, police station Nagar Nausa.
  2. Balli alias Sadeep Kumar, aged 28, son of Ranveer Paswan, resident of Gosai Math, police station Nagar Nausa.
  3. Shiv Kumar alias Dr. Shiv alias Bittu, aged 26, son of Sanjeev Kumar alias Lutan Mukhiya, resident of Shahpur Balwa, Thana Nagar Nausa.
  4. Tej Prakash, aged 28, son of Krishnadev Prasad, resident of police station Karaiparshurai, district Nalanda, Bihar.
