As the summer holidays approach, the Indian Railways has unveiled plans to cater to travelers seeking leisurely escapes with their families. A series of special unreserved trains, exclusively for the summer season, are set to embark on exciting journeys, offering a refreshing break from the hustle and bustle of daily life.
Among these special trains is Train No. 04924, which commences its route from New Delhi to Darbhanga Junction, traversing through key stations like Ghaziabad Jn, Aligarh Jn, Kanpur Central, and Gorakhpur, among others, before reaching its destination at Darbhanga Jn at 13:20. Similarly, Train No. 04926 embarks from New Delhi to Saharsa Jn, passing through significant junctions such as Ghaziabad Jn, Kanpur Central, Gorakhpur, and Muzaffarpur Jn, before culminating its journey at Saharsa Jn at 20:15.
Additionally, Train No. 04986 embarks from Anand Vihar Terminal to Muzaffarpur Jn, traversing through Moradabad, Lucknow, Gorakhpur, and Banmankhi Jn, among others, with a scheduled arrival at Muzaffarpur Jn at 15:20. Meanwhile, Train No. 04096 embarks from Delhi to Azamgarh, passing through key stations like Ghaziabad Jn, Kanpur Central, and Ayodhya Cantt, before reaching its final destination at Azamgarh at 19:30.
For those planning journeys to Mumbai, the 01083/01084 Lokmanya Tilak (T) – Gorakhpur – Lokmanya Tilak (T) special train will operate two trips from Lokmanya Tilak (T) on 25.04.2024 and 30.04.2024, with corresponding trips from Gorakhpur on 27.04.2024 and 02.05.2024. This train comprises 12 sleeper coaches, 4 normal coaches, and additional amenities.
