Voting is underway on 57 seats in the final phase of the Lok Sabha elections 2024. A total of 904 candidates, including many VVIPs, are contesting. Vote counting will be on June 4.

Voting is being held on 57 seats in the last phase of the Lok Sabha elections. In this phase, voting is also being held on many VVIP seats. In this phase, 904 candidates have entered the electoral fray. After the voting of all seven phases is over, the counting of votes will be done on June 4. The commission has completed preparations for this. Voting has started at 7 am.

Let us tell you that in the last phase, votes will also be cast for all 13 Lok Sabha seats of Punjab, four of Himachal Pradesh and one of Chandigarh. Apart from these, voting is being held for the remaining eight seats of Bihar, three of Jharkhand, five of Odisha, 13 of Uttar Pradesh and the remaining 9 seats of West Bengal.

Congress leader Rahul Gandhi has also appealed to the countrymen to vote in the seventh phase. He said, “Dear countrymen, today is the seventh and final phase of voting and it is clear from the trends so far that the government of India is going to be formed in the country. I am proud that even in the scorching heat, all of you have come out to vote to protect democracy and the Constitution. Even today, come out in large numbers and give your final blow to this government which has become a symbol of arrogance and tyranny with your vote. The sun of June 4 is going to bring a new dawn to the country.”
