Vistara Airlines reported that flight number UK 024 had departed from Charles de Gaulle International Airport in Paris. The handwritten letter found in the sickness bag stated there was a bomb on board. This led to a full emergency declaration at 10:08 am. The flight carried 294 passengers and 12 crew members.

Previous Bomb Threats

There was also a bomb threat on an IndiGo flight from Chennai to Mumbai. The flight crew received a letter threatening to blow up the plane. Security agencies were immediately alerted and began investigating. All passengers were safely disembarked, and the plane was thoroughly searched and isolated at the airport.
