President expresses grief over the tragic death of 13 people, including four children, in a tractor-trolley accident in Rajgarh district, Madhya Pradesh.

The President has expressed grief over the death of 13 people, including four children, when a tractor-trolley overturned late Sunday night in Piplodi of Rajgarh district, Madhya Pradesh. Additionally, 15 others were injured in the accident and are currently receiving treatment.

Rajgarh District Magistrate Harsh Dixit provided details about the accident, stating that 13 of the injured have been admitted to the district hospital. Two individuals, suffering from head and chest injuries, have been sent to Bhopal for better treatment.

According to Rajgarh Collector Harsh Dixit, the accident occurred as some people were traveling from Rajasthan to Rajgarh in a tractor to attend a wedding ceremony. The tractor overturned near the Rajasthan-Rajgarh border, resulting in the tragic loss of 13 lives. Several others sustained injuries and have been hospitalized for treatment.

President Draupadi Murmu Expresses Grief

President Draupadi Murmu expressed her sorrow over the Rajgarh accident on the social media platform X. She wrote, “The news of the death of many people in a road accident in Rajgarh district of Madhya Pradesh is extremely sad.” She extended her deepest condolences to the families who lost their loved ones in the accident and prayed for the speedy recovery of the injured.

Video of the Accident Surfaces

A video of the accident has surfaced, shared by news agency PTI on the social media platform X. The video shows police officers at the scene engaged in rescue operations. Local people can also be seen present at the accident site, helping with the rescue efforts. The scene was chaotic, with screaming and shouting heard after the accident.
