Historic Virtual Program by Ministry of Railways Sees Record Participation

Lakhs of people participated in a historic virtual program by the Ministry of Railways. This record-breaking event reflects the public’s enthusiasm and support for the Indian Railways’ initiatives.

Imagine lakhs of people simultaneously participating in a public service program organized by the Ministry of Railways! Something similar happened on February 26, when the Ministry of Railways organized a virtual program in which 40,19,516 people participated from 2,140 different locations.

This remarkable achievement is a matter of pride for the Ministry of Railways and also shows how aware and enthusiastic the general public is about Railways.

Event Held Virtually

The event was organized virtually, with people participating enthusiastically to witness the inauguration of road over/under railway bridges and the laying of the foundation stone of railway stations.

Foundation Stone of Railway Stations

During this event, Prime Minister Narendra Modi laid the foundation stone of road over/under railway bridges and railway stations across the country. It is a significant moment of pride for the Ministry of Railways and the entire nation. This event not only highlights the achievements of the Railways but also reflects the commitment of the Railways to connect and empower people.

It is worth noting that the Limca Book of Records is an extension of the Limca brand, launched in India in 1990. This book recognizes the records of people who have achieved extraordinary feats by crossing boundaries and limits.
