The Chief Minister directed officials to raise awareness among electricity consumers about the One Time Settlement (OTS) scheme. The OTS scheme provides consumers with the convenience of paying their outstanding electricity bills. He stressed that people should be well-informed about this scheme so that they can take advantage of it.
