A total of 13 accused have been arrested so far in the stone pelting case on Chief Minister Nitish Kumar's convoy.

A total of 13 accused have been arrested so far in the stone pelting case on Chief Minister Nitish Kumar's convoy yesterday. Some more people have been identified in the investigation, for whose arrest raids are being conducted. Giving this information, the SSP of Patna said that 13 people have been arrested so far after identifying the people on the basis of CCTV footage. The process of identifying and arresting the remaining people is also underway.

Nitish Kumar was about to go from Patna

Actually, Nitish Kumar is going to go to Gaya on Monday. He is going to inspect the rubber dam being built there along with meeting on the drought situation in Gaya. CM will go to Gaya by helicopter, but to go from his helipad to other places, the carcade was being sent from Patna to Gaya. Here, after the murder of the youth, angry people were protesting by placing the dead body near Sohgi Mor on Patna-Gaya Main Road.

Carcade started passing through the performance

Carcade vehicles started passing through that road only during the demonstration of the people. Angry villagers pelted stones at the convoy. Due to this, the windows of many vehicles were broken. There have also been reports of injuries to some people due to stone pelting. By the way, only security personnel were present in this carcade. As soon as the information was received, the District Magistrate and the Senior Superintendent of Police reached the spot and people were chased away.

Instructions to provide investigation report within 24 hours

Taking the matter very seriously, District Magistrate Patna has constituted a two-member team of Additional District Magistrate, Law and Order and Deputy Superintendent of Police, Headquarters. It has been directed to provide the inquiry report within 24 hours. Strict action will be taken against the officials who are negligent.

Sunny was missing since August 8

On the last Monday of Sawan, on the last Monday of Sawan, Sunny Kumar, a 20-year-old boy from Sohgi village of Gaurichak police station, along with his family had gone to collect water on the banks of river Gaighat at around 2 o'clock in the night. His family members had informed that Sunny Kumar had disappeared since that time. He was constantly being searched by the police. Today his body was found in Badshahi Nala, which was sent to AIIMS for post-mortem. The road was blocked by the relatives of the deceased Sunny Kumar and others.
