According to sources, the help of software will be taken to allot schools to the newly selected one lakh 20 thousand teachers. For this, newly selected teachers will be given posting in such schools through software. Actually, the Education Department believes that contributions should be given first in schools where there are maximum vacancies. The exercise to fill the vacancies will first be done from the schools of remote villages and panchayats in rural areas. However, many newly selected teachers want to be posted in urban schools only. His argument is that it will be easier to have a house in the city than in the village.

Induction training of newly appointed teachers will also start

If sources are to be believed, after November 2, the Education Department is not clarifying by when all the teachers will be allotted schools. It is believed that the process of school allotment may last for two months. Let us tell you that after receiving the appointment letters on November 2, the induction training of newly appointed teachers will start. This training will be given in 77 educational institutions of Bihar from November 4. Additional Chief Secretary of the Education Department, KK Pathak has given instructions to all the District Magistrates regarding monitoring the training of newly appointed teachers.
