In response to the growing criticism, the Coimbatore Corporation recently announced plans to review its RTI procedures and address the delay issue. A spokesperson mentioned that the Corporation is working to increase staff training and streamline the information dissemination process. However, the spokesperson did not provide a specific timeline for these improvements, leaving citizens skeptical of actual implementation.
